PRIMARY Sessions

For all new Clients, thE Primary session is required as this is the time we get the most work accomplished.

The goal of the first session is to assess and clear the primary issues from the past that are holding you back now. By the end of the session, you will have a set of tools you can use everyday as you begin your self mastery. Old issues or traumatic events can make us believe they are a part of our identity. This is false.

Once the old energy that “felt like your normal” is released, you can begin relating to yourself from a calm, centered, aligned state. This is a state of clarity and awareness.

Each session is completely different because every person is absolutely unique, however each session incorporates a Quantum Healing that shines light on issues within the subconscious mind, how these triggers feel in the body, and how they bubble into the now, creating chaos, distraction and confusion.

The most beautiful aspect of this type of energetic healing is that once we shift the energy in your body, evolution is a natural consequence and gift.

So if you’re feeling uncertain, distracted or in functional freeze in any area of your life, you have come to the perfect place. Most of my clients say one sessions saves them about 5-10 years of talk therapy.

• Ideal for identifying your biggest recurring patterns from the past that don’t ever seem to change.

• This includes all forms of trauma informed response, PTSD; emotional and or physical abuses that are causing recurring negative subconscious thoughts, feelings and habituated sabotaging and or coping responses to life. Most coping strategies from the past were survival mechanisms that have become outdated and are asking to be upgraded. We do so during this session.
